This Cancellation Policy describes how you may cancel a test or service booked with YCLIN Speciality Labs (a division of YKM Healthcare Pvt. Ltd.) through www.yclin.net, and the applicable conditions.
To cancel a booking, please contact us as early as possible with your booking ID and registered details via email at info@yclin.net or by phone at 040-2340 0600.
If you cancel before the sample is collected or the test is processed, you are eligible for a full refund of the amount paid, processed as per our Refund Policy.
Once a sample has been collected or a test has entered processing, the booking cannot be cancelled and the amount is non-refundable, as costs and reagents have already been committed to your test.
For home-collection appointments, kindly cancel or reschedule at least a reasonable time before the scheduled visit. If our phlebotomist has already been dispatched or the sample has been collected, cancellation may not be possible and applicable charges may apply.
You may request to reschedule your appointment, subject to availability, by contacting us in advance. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred date and time.
In rare cases, we may need to cancel or reschedule a booking due to operational, technical or quality reasons. In such cases, we will notify you and offer a suitable alternative or a full refund of the amount paid.
